How to qualify:  You must play in your Association Championship to be eligible to play in this tournament. 
 You will need to have a Championship Entry form from that tournament director to be accepted into the 
16u "A" Western Championship.

Gift Exchange Information

We will be doing a gift exchange during the Opening Ceremonies.  We ask that all teams wanting to participate contact our Opening Ceremonies Coordinator Tina Garza to let her know you are interested. 
We ask you to keep a $10 per player maximum on the gifts.  Please e-mail Tina with your interest tina.garza@hollister.ca.gov
Team/Player Check-in

All Players need to check-in before their first game.  We would like the entire team to check in at one time.  You will need a picture ID with you and sign the ASA official sign-in form.  Also, if your original Championship Roster is not on file with us, you will need to hand it in at that time.

All check-ins will take place at the Twin Creeks Softball Complex Main Building.
***Manager's Meeting***

Each team can send two representatives to the Manager's Meeting.

Twin Creeks will charge $5.00 per person, per day.  Players in uniform and three coaches will be admitted free along with any child twelve and under.

Teams are allowed to bring in water, Gatorade in plastic container, and fruit.  No outside food or beverages are allowed in the facility.  NO SUNFLOWER SEEDS!  Tailgating or picnicking is not permitted on the premises.  No Pets allowed.  No roller blades, skateboards, scooter or any other toys deemed unsafe or a liability to the Twin Creeks Sports Complex will be allowed.  There is a full concession stand at Twin Creeks.  All Fields will be fenced.

Mission College Softball Fields

Mission College Softball Fields will be used on Wednesday, August 1st for Pool Play games.  Click on the link above for a map to the facility.  There are three fields that will be used and none of them will be fenced.  There will be 3 of the 23 pools located at this site for Pool Play on Wednesday.  There is no gate fee at Mission College, but there is a $2.00 charge for parking (bring change or dollar bills to purchase a parking tag).
