All Youth personal in the dugout or on the field must be ACE certified (which now includes a background check).  This goes for all recreation league teams and all travel teams.

For the Nor Cal ASA Championship Tournament coaches must wear their  ACE Certification Card. 
(Lanyard is provided with ACE card when mailed to you)

As we progress toward the Summer Travel Ball season the processing of your ACE Certification/Background Check could take 
2 - 4 weeks by the ASA National Office.  
We suggest that you plan accordingly.

In the past coaches were able to do the ACE test at Nor Cal ASA Championships, but because of the background check that is required this will be impossible.  If your coaches show up without their ACE Certification and Background check they will not be able to be in the dugout at all.

Official Championship Rosters (Liability Waivers) that are 
printed off of REGISTER ASA will be accepted at the 
Nor Cal Association Championships.  

The REGISTER ASA Official Championship Roster must have the players 2009 Member ID Number next to their name. 
(If it has “Last registered 2008…..” next to the player’s name,
then this is not a completed roster and will be not signed off.)
